Lawton Community Health Center is a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers primary medical, dental, pediatric and behavioral health care to anyone.  We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and private insurances, and uninsured patients.  For those without insurance, care is provided on a sliding fee schedule which is based on the number of individuals living in the household and the total household incomealong a sliding-fee scale based on family income.

To access services call 580-355-5242 (Pediatric Clinic) or 580-248-5242 (Adult Clinic) to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments available as the schedule permits. 

The Lawton Community Health Center (LCHC) was awarded a grant from the Health and Human Services department to help educate the uninsured about the new health coverage options made available by the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as well as help them enroll. When should your child see a counselor?

Like adults, children come to counseling to cope with a variety of different stressors and behaviors.

Are you affected by the Affordable Care Act?  If your income is between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty limit, and you are uninsured, we may be able to help you earn a premium tax credit and obtain health insurance.
