Are you affected by the Affordable Care Act? If your income is between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty limit, and you are uninsured, we may be able to help you earn a premium tax credit and obtain health insurance.
Lawton Community Health Center is a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers primary medical, dental, pediatric and behavioral health care to anyone. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and private insurances, and uninsured patients. For those without insurance, care is provided on a sliding fee schedule which is based on the number of individuals living in the household and the total household incomealong a sliding-fee scale based on family income.
